We went to The Food Truck Series and came across this colorful food truck. My partner had “The Munchies,” which sounded harmless at first. Next thing I know, he’s silent, focused, and eating like this is a competitive sport. Not a crumb left.
Now I understand the name. The food is dangerously good.
Crispy, hot, packed with flavor, and clearly made by people who know exactly what they’re doing in that truck.

Now that's what I call a smash burger. Cooked basically perfectly. I wish I took a picture before I ate it so I could post it. The fries were also amazing. I bought "The Gentleman" and there was nothing gentlemanly about how I ate that burger. I swear people probably thought I hadn't eaten for days, the way I scarfed it down. If you see them, give it a try! It's not every day you get a burger this good. My only issue was that it was expensive, I thought food truck food was meant to be cheaper than restaurant food? It feels like all food trucks have been getting more and more expensive which is regrettable. Nonetheless I'm giving them a 5/5 on quality alone.

I am a sucker for smash burgers so I had to try one. I ordered the Oklahoma smash burger. It was very tasty and sized appropriately. I would definitely order again. I also ordered the loaded fries to share. Everyone enjoy the loaded fries. Keep up the great work ladies!
